Try to avoid the cheap universal kits you see on ebay there's is none out there for the es330 or 300 that will work with out modification..A reliable low priced turbo setup can probably be done for around 2500 assuming you can weld and do the work your self.

Another option is to buy a trd supercharger for 1mz-fe($2300 roughly)...block the vvt-i passages on you 3.3l 3mz-fe block. swap to 1mz-fe (non vvt-i) heads and lower intake manifold then throw the supercharger on ..then it will mount right up.. total cost would be around 3500.

Where in Fl are you?

I wish I could do all that but i dont have 3500 to be throwing around. I want to keep the budget around 700-1000. What are some suggestions to increase my horsepower and just make the car better in general? I'm in west palm beach by the way.

Then leave it alone altogether. That kit is good for the piping & some hardware alone. A good starting point - but that's all.

Then you'd need a decent 'reputable' turbo - junkyard? 2-300$ New - 1k$

Fuel pump [the ones they give you are junk] - 200$

EMS - ...

etc...

I wish a** holes like this wouldn't answer. I need real info and so far only few have given real answers. I want to start a fun project because I love cars, and I just need some tips from people who know what there talking about.

You got real answers, you just didn't like them. You want to turbocharge your Lexus, but you don't want to spend the money to do it right. The project won't be nearly so much fun when you have to fix the car after you put some cheap eBay turbo system on it and you toast the engine or transmission.

You are absolutely right ^^. What the OP was saying is that there are "nicer" ways to give your advice without belittling folks. Me personally I don't care either way how they talk to me, but if your going to say something I want an explaination. If you would have said there is a sucker born every minute and added the above post, I dont think anyone would disagree. There are alot of folks who know their stuff and there are alot of folk who don't.

I am not hating but you state you had/have an EVO...totally different platform...what you plan to do with low powered engine made more for cruising? Especially the suspension that's made for cruising...Do you still own the EVO?
