Default Plastic Engine Cover

Where can I find the Lexus emblem that pops onto the plastic engine cover? Mine disappeared, I have no idea what happened to it. I don't remember if it was just like the outer badges or if it was different...

Pretty sure it's just a standard Lexus Logo. They are all over eBay. If there is a junk yard in your area you could also probably replace the entire cover for the same price.

Those are not regular emblems. They have a screw at the other end that keeps the engine cover secure. That emblem, as well as the 3 Allan screws at the bottom of the cover must be released in order to remove the cover for service. I picked up a compete plastic engine cover, with the emblem from a local scrap yard for $20.00.

In my case, the plastic cover paint was peeling for some reason, so it just looked ecstatically horrible.

You may be able to get just the emblem from the Lexus dealer. Can't be that expensive.

Did you remove it cause you didn't want them on or for another reason?

Yeah true they serve no purpose accept for looks, but they are luxury cars and looks are half the gain when owning a Lexus!
