2005 ES330 - CD Player - "error 3" message
Was in the process of loading CD's into my 6 disc factory changer. After the 3rd disc was loaded, the CD player will not allow me to 'load' or 'eject' any of the 3 cd's I loaded.....nor, will it play any of those 3 discs. It is displaying an "error 3" message. CD player had worked fine until this problem happened yesterday.
Anyone have any ideas?

Was it a copy of a cd? My 04 will only play good quality cds and wont' play cdrw's. Might have a cd stuck. Mine would stick, I could see the cd and pulled it out with a pair of needle nose pliers. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply, TimothyJ. Yes, one of the CD's was a 'copy' CD. How were you able to pull it out? I can't seem to get the access door to open and the "eject" and "load" display disappears after about 3 seconds and nothing happens.

I just kept hitting the eject, I think I got pissed and kept hitting the disc number buttons and one disc tried to get out and I grabbed it with the needle nose pliers, pulled it out and ejected all the CD's. At this time i have no CD's in mine. Hope this helps, try not to too pissed like I did. Take care.

Thanks again TimothyJ. I got it out. YES !!! ha ha.
I think you are right that the copy CD caused the problem. I ended up just prying/lifting the door open with a tiny screwdrive and poking around on the different levers, etc. and then the copy CD ejected. I loaded in 6 regular ones and it seems to be working OK. Thanks for your help and advise, bro. Cheers.

Stuck cd
I have a 2002 SC430 and a cd is stuck in my player. I've done all the suggested things to do and still can not get it out...the dreaded ERROR3 code continues to pop up. Does anyone else have any further suggestions??
