Did you spray them or is that glass? Because i want diff color fogs but heard the hid lights are so bright that the spray burns off

Pulling into school for my exam, i see an ES. One of my classmates just bought it so i parked beside him, second picture shows another ES too... small world. We we're all outside and chuckled 'Lexus corner' of the lot.
