Looks frickin stupid if you ask me. People who do that to a car need to have there license and pay checks revoked!

That is truly disgusting. Perfect way to put down the reputation of a luxurious car and brand.

Not a bad price on them though

Way too big, looks like they'd fit a Hummer H1 perfectly though lol

who cares? People do as they wish - you can chirp all you want and no one will listen, but i guess if it makes you sleep better?

I find it funny that he actually put such pricey rims on such an old car. Value of rims is twice that of the car they were on! LOLOLOL

Haha, very common in the dirty south. Ive seen a lot cars like that in the south, they love to drive with 22 and 24 inch rims. Looks like a Tonka car. Oh well, to each their own.

And somewhere else on the internet people are saying how flush/vip/ lipped rims are stupid. Meanwhile people with stock setups maintain that if it came from the factory, leave it the way it is

The ES is such a design that most aftermarket wheels on it look hideous. Its got a classic look to it. Its like putting 24 inch spinners on a Ford Model T. Only few wheels look good on the ES.

I agree its hard to find something that looks good. I however am a lil pissed off with the whole leave it stock... I think that if you can AFFORD to mod your car and do the research necessary to get it right... more power to you. Might not be something that you would do but hey its not your time or money.

^^Absolutely, im all for modifying a car to ones taste. I look at minivans and in my mind think of things i could do to it lol. But yea the ES is an original looking machine and onle certain wheels make it look right while alot of others just make it look terrible.

dont get me wrong, im all into custom mods and i love big wheels...to an extent. but even big wheels should fit under the wheel wells imo, when your tires and wheels stick out like a monster truck, its time to find a bigger ride to put on top of those wheels.

im not into the whole vip thing either but if the wheels can actuate, tuck, and do not cause damage, im probably down with it.
