Where oh where is the blower motor resistor located on my 1994 es300.
The fan only works on the highest setting and everyone tells me it's the resistor. I have the glove box out but can't find the resistor.
Please help.
Also is the cabin air filter close by as well?
Thanks.. Dave

OK, the crisis is over, I found it on the drivers side up underneath by the gas pedal.
Take it from me it is a PITA to get to.
Mine was all nasty looking and broken, No doubt that it was the problem.
Also the cabin air filter is right there and I discovered that mine has completely deteriorated.
I ordered a new resistor from Auto zone and it will be here in two days. Not too bad, It was only forty bucks.
Where is the best place to get the cabin air filter ?
Thanks to all
Dave

Did you ever figure it out? All morning I have been hunting for mine and found it in the same spot next to the gas pedal. I pulled it out and it was blown. I'm going to the junk yard to see if I can find one.
Thanks,
Tom

Did you replace it with a new or used part? The resistor is what regulates speed so if you have a good, new one there's no way for it not to work...
