so i just bought some PIAA H7 low beams for the 2000 es300, the previous owner had a half ***'ed HID system in the car, so i ripped all that out and went to put the PIAA's in, but when i hooked those little metal holders back into place the bulb was still loose inside the assembly....
i cant tell for sure but it looks like the previous owner might have cut away some of the plastic for his HIDS, but im not sure, does anyone have any pics of the back of the headlight assembly??

For the low beams, there should be a black plastic holder for the bulb that connects to the wire harness, and a small pin (kinda like a paperclip thingy) that holds the bulb and bulb holder in the housing. Behind that should be a rubber weather seal that goes around the bulb holder.

Luckily I had an extra headlight assembly lying around. ![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
The first pic is of the back of the headlight housing. You can see the black bulb holder and the paperclip pin holding it in.

No idea haha... my first guess would be to try Lexus. I'm assuming that it isn't a very expensive part since it's just some plastic and a couple of terminals. Good luck! Glad I could help you out.

thanks for the offer thats really cool of you, but good news, the previous owner gave me the HID box that the lights came in, and i just looked in, and inside were the stock bulbs with those pieces on it!! so im good to go!!! i think lol
now all i need is the round cap that the fog light harness plugs into, the one that twists into the fog light housing, the previous owner drilled his out to make a splice inside.... so gotta keep my eyes open for those

If you don't want/need those old foglight caps with the holes in them, I'll take them off your hands.
I have HID's in my fogs right now and my setup is ghetto since I didn't want to drill into my own fog caps.
