I have 1993 es300. My rear shocks are totaled and i cant find new ones anywhere. So here the question Does same year camry shocks fit on my es300 ?

Good question, im also looking to replace either the back ones or the full set depending on price, but how do i know which are the right ones?
I have the Sport/Comfort switch wheel in the middle console.

I must admit I was skeptical of this, so I checked, it is correct. Although it goes up to 2001 not 2002, but that's what you probably meant. A quick comparison based on my experience:

KYB - firmer than stock. Harsh when new, but they mellow. They never "wear in" to match the stock units, the car will have a more sporty feel, small bumps will be more pronounced but you will get better control over large bumps and better cornering.

Monroe - Very very close to stock, soft and compliant, even when new. Did not notice any change as they were being broken in. Like stock, the ride can be somewhat like riding on a marshmallow, which is good or bad depending on what you are looking for.

I felt the KYB's were a better made part, the paint job was superior, and the general construction looked better to me. But that is just the exterior, the internals of course I have no idea. The KYB units are most often made in Japan, Monroe the United States. The Monroe Sensa-Trac strut has a lifetime warranty, the KYB I believe is one year.
