Motor Trend is basically mirroring what the majority of automotive sootsayers are preaching, but to characterize it as " valid" is a huge stretch of the imagination. Only Lexus knows and their not talking. It is beginning to look; however, like the new ES330 engine will be available on the 2004 model year cars which should be available in Oct/Nov of 2003. Lets hope so anyway or I am going to have to move from the house to the dog house. (g)
