Interesting... you didnt inspect the vechicle under body prior to purchase? Glad its being resolved though.

You should be able to get your money back no matter if the dealer knew or not. I dont know what the law is where you are, but here in the GA. They have to document everything they know about the car before saling. But Flood and stuff like that is covered even if they did not document it.

car was not flooded but been exposed to snow/salt up north thus the rust.

used car "director" was a straight up obese a hole.

talked to the dealer GM who will be taking the car back and will find us another vehicle (fully inspected this time) on par with the es330. gonna be a week or two. we'll see.

If I were you, I'd be persistent about getting my money back. I would not touch anything from their lot anymore. How would the determine (and prove) if the replacement is on par with the es330?

that's what i wanted too but won't happen unless i spend more money and time going up the ladder...

i gave them 2 cars to trade me with, one being a 05/06 es330, this time it will be PPI by lexus before the trade... they are going to give me a list of cars and i will arrange the inspection and make the trade... they are not going to prove anything for me.

Sounds like a PITA to go through all that.
Hope you find something good with no headaches.
