fuel system cleaner ONLY !!!!

So here it is I have been having this problem with my 2000 es. It will only run smooth under lower thottle with cleaner in the gas 93 octane. If not it jerks and bucks. So looking for some input for others to maybe narrow it down to what it could be. My thought is fuel system or combustion ? It is showing no codes Thanks to all for reading.
