Default My ES300 on G35 18x8 (Got question too)

I just put on some G35 rims and took some small pictures. Didn't take good ones because haven't had time to wash my car and don't want you guys to see how bad it is right now but here goes nothing.

My suspension in my rear is kind of scraping my wheels and I don't know what to do. Currently running on 245/40/18 and 225/40/18 Also I want to lower the front a little but I'm scared it's going to rub or what not. So I need your guys opinion on this. What I'm thinking is to get H&R lowering springs and KYB strut and strut mount.

you need 225's in the back as well, 245 is too wide, i think that is what is causing the rubbing, i might be wrong.

I'm getting rims with 245's in the back, but mine was definitiely rubbing, im hoping a 5mm spacer will be enough to clear it. What is the offset of these rims? And when you say is scrapping, do you mean the top of the tire is, or the sidewall of the tire on the inside is on the strut? This is the rim im thinking so sorry about all the questions

Which rims are these? They would look incredible on the Gen3 especially lowered!!
