Default Flour problem

I woke up for work one day and went out to my 1998 es300 and I saw that a bag of flour was dumped on the hood and windshield by some pranksters during the night . I just kinda wiped and blew it off since I had to get going. A couple weeks later I washed the car to get the rest of the flour off. While cleaning the interior, I saw that the entire door hinge area and surrounding areas have flour caked onto it, and would not come off. What can I do to get rid of it? It doesnt look good when the door is open and I cant imagine its healthy to leave it there. Any help would be great.

I am new here, so dont be too rough with me

on a more serious note, some WD40, PB Blaster, or any sort of cleaning solution will clean those things.

You can wash all of that area down with some soap and water -- it will not hurt anything.

You may want to replace the cabin filter if you think any of it was ingested into the ACC system -- you do not want that in the system

I tried with soap and water, but it is really tough. All the water mixed with the hot days must have baked it on
