Just pull up on the wood/leather dash piece that is around the shifter. The the a/c unit will pull out fairly easily. then there are 2 bolts that hold the H/U in....take those out and pull on the unit and it should pop out. I guess this is usefull if u wanna add XM or somethin....just thought i would share.
