Talking can i run a 38mm offset? (Rim Exoerts chime in)

sorry for all the rims posts, but i finally figured a rim i want:

http://www.elementwheels.com/proddet...od=km127885122

i know the factory is a 45mm offset, but, will these work? they are a 38mm offset......and 8.5 wide......if it will work i will buy tomorrow. already figured out the tire size: 215/45/18.

let me know the technicality of it, and if i will need any spacers. thanks.

what's up with you and chrome? oh well, at least this one looks decently designed.

I'm running 17x8 with 32mm offset on 215/50/17 and i was rubbing like mad so I had to roll fenders but still rubs over big bumps.

with that rim, you'll have to go shave ur fenders and pull them out.
