Angry noise coming from front wheel wells?

need help fellas! i hear this annoying and irritating somewhat rattling type noise which i think is coming from the front wheel wells. cannot pinpoint the exact source but it does not seem to be evident when on the freeway, only in really lousy city streets. has anyone experienced something similar to this?

p.s. then there are days where ya can't hear the s%&t at all!!! it's a trip!

does the noise happen when driving normally, or when turning?? cuz i had wheel rattling noise (kinda like a very faint, light bell ringing) when i turned sharp a while back. i dont know but it fixed itself.

it happens when i hit slight inperfections on city roads, both when turning and going straight. when i do hit a bump or a pothole, i don't hear it at all. mceligott could be right. i'm going to slide underneath the ride to check dem boots. thanks for the 411 fellas!

Another thing to check would be your front brake clips. They sometimes work themselves loose from around the front pads and will clink a little bit on like concrete expansion gaps and potholes. My jeep did it, lex doesnt, but its something to check.
