Brightest/Highest watt H3 Bulb for fogs

what do you all use? my H3s are on, but not bright as other ES's i see on the road. I have the yellow projectors, i want it bright yellow, boarderline HID. what do you all like?

I have yellow piaa h3's on mine and they are real bight, i heard nokia's are jsut as good but half the price so idk. I have an 01 though and was going for the yellow look
