Default need help with my 93 es300

Ok have been wanting to do something with my dads old 93 es300 he gave it to me for my birthday. I already have a gs300, so I want to do something crazy with the es300. I am trying to figure out the best way to convert it to a rear wheel drive I've looked every where for help but it seems like no one has done this. I would like suggestions on the best way to go about this with out tearing up the vehicle too much. Now, I do know it will be torn up but I want to keep it to a minimum. Sorry to everyone doesn't like the idea but its better than letting it rust.

i've thought about this a long time ago.
the best option would be get a 2JZ engine + 6 speed transmission and modify the frame to have it fit into the chasis.

get a custom length drive shaft and use a Ford one piece rear axle + diff and hub etc.

you'll need to custom install all the gauges, wires, sensors etc. you'll need to shave the rear fenders and put on some crazy fender flare to fit the right sized wheel to have enough grip. so yea, good luck!
