On a 1992 es300...Can anyone please tell me what this light means? It just came on today and I never got a manual with the car when I bought it. Can anyone also tell me where I can get a manual for this year/make (if possible). Thanks so much!

That's the traction control light, means the traction control system is offline. You can typically find a manual on ebay pretty cheap. Too bad, I have an owners manual for a 2002 and 2003. In any event, if it's on all the time there is a problem with the traction control system. You will need to get the codes pulled and see what's up.

that light means one of your brake lights is out. put something heavy on the brake pedal or get a trustworthy friend to apply pressure to it and check that all of your brake lights are working. if just one of the bulbs from the right, left or middle brake lights are out that light will come on.

Have they changed the dash that much? On my 2000 ES the bulb out shows a green bulb with lines, the car with lines coming out is for the traction control...

No... Bulb with green lines = lowbeams are on. And the dash dims and all interior lights are on.

Te amber car with straight lines that look like beams of light is taillight out warning.

This isn't proprietary to Lexus, but a standard for all cars.

Well to check the tail lights, just stop in front of a big window (store front or a bank) and use all your rear lights.

Thanks guys, yes it is the burnt light one-thanks for the pic myes300yea. I backed up to a window and low and behold it is the top right (passenger side) light! So I can figure out which bulb that is and find one at an autozone, or do I have to order one special for this year?
