Hi everyone every time i get into my car and start it its fine but as soon as i turn the wheel there is a pop noise and then its fin my buddy who drives a hellaflush miata told me that its my lowering springs not seated right but i checked and they seem absolutely fin anyone knw what this noise is from??

Difficult to say without seeing/hearing. Could be the spring, could be a worn upper bearing plate, could be a worn balljoint. Often times with that kind of noise, if it can't be isolated on a lift it might require chassis ears.

i hadn't got a clue what it could b all those sound like a good possibility but what it a chassis ears suppose to be???

Chassis ears are microphones that you attach to parts of the suspension/chassis and you can isolate what is causing the noise.
