Default Question about interior lighting...

Has anyone popped the lamp covers off and replaced them with like colored. I was wondering if it was as easy as it looks to just stick a flat head screwdriver in the lil slot thats there and just pop it off. Any info would be appreciated! thanks

oh YEAH... it's THAT easy...
make sure you have the screwdriver on the right side though... i sorta drove mine into the wrong side my first time, b/c i was blind... and tried to rip it off on the wrong side.
i figured it couldn't be THAT hard, so i looked again, and the slot was on the other side. so i put my screwdriver in the other side and got it off with a quick snap.

Default another ?

Here's another for ya E..
Did you buy the incadescent or the Xenon's?? Any idea on comparison, I see the xenon are about 10 bucks more wondering if you've had any comparison. Also, where'd you get yours, locally or online somewhere? I see crutchfield has some and so does autotoys. Thanks!

hey eric, i got the dome numbers. it's 3175. i bought some GE rplacement bulbs for my mom's RX. she had the car for like a week, and the center dome light burned out, and we just got it changed last week. they fit perfect. the packaging only referred to it as DE3175/BP2

I think for the 97-02, some of the bulbs used are different then the older models.
