all you have to do is unscrew the nuts on the strut mounts on either side, put the bar on, and put the nuts back on. Pretty simple, but you'll need an impact wrench or a torque wrench to unscrew and tighten the nuts. Heres a really crappy picture i took with my old digital camcorder

Just get a rachet with a 14mm socket to take the bolts off from the strut mounts. Put some force into the rachet. If you have torque wrench, tighten the bolts to 59 ft-lbs afterwards. Pretty simple. However, you may want to check for clearance between the bottom of the strut brace and top of the intake plenum, as the plenum may scratch the brace. If so, the just turn the bar 180 degrees and try again.

I custom made it, i just bought a K&N filter and then had a custom chrome tube built. Then took clamps from a honda intake and connected it.

SO does the strut tower brace really make a difference? I hear the one on ebay is of poor quality. But for 20 bucks or so, you cant really go wrong.

I have the TRD strut tower brace for my GS400 and I can tell you it made a huge difference in the sterring feel. But TRD fit, quality and finish is amazing.

I couldn't tell a real difference when i put it on, but when i had to take it off for a couple of days, i really noticed the difference. But i didn't buy mine off ebay, i bought through a company in Australia where i also bought my rear sway bar, the strut bar cost me about 60 i think
