I have some lights that went out on console display on our 96ES300. Is there fix for that or where could I find part?

You can find them at your FLAPS ( Friendly Local Auto Parts Store ) the only thing is the OEM has a blue rubber film on them to create a whiter light for the cluster.

If swap them, I would recommend swapping them all so the light will be the same color or get the OEM from the dealer, which will cost an arm and a leg.

Just note where the bulbs are out and then remove the cluster.

How do I remove climate control unit, does console have to come out first or where all the bolts at?

There are several good posts including one with pictures on removing the center vent to access the upper stereo/climate control bracket screws.
