Es 300 1998 heating seat light

Hi ! i want to replace the bulb of both heating seat button... the little bult that i got from it a V2 TSD... my dealer dosnt know what im talking about ... i dont find this bulb ( with the base gray)

need help plz !!!

What I did was take out the burnt bulb and take it to the dealership.
They can match it....
