Question replacement for ashtray in 94 es300

I have no need for the ashtray in my car (94 es300) and was wondering if there is some sort of aftermarket coin holder or whatever that could slip right in. One thing I don't like about the car is that there is no spot for coins, so I just dump them all in the armrest, which isn't the best solution.

Thanks

-Ray

Default free coin holder

same situation, dont use ashtray, so what i did was unscrew the screws that hold down the cigarette holder tab(the little piece of plastic with the indentions on it) and it opens the up the whole ashtray containter without interference and much easier to access coins.

I usually put my change (i.e. nickels, dimes, quarters) in the space under the parking brake lever (and place a napkin over the coins to hide them from view), and I usually keep the pennies in the armrest since they're pretty much useless

dude lexusk8, you're gonna like fill that thing up one of these days, and those pennies are gonna be like overflowing all over your car. though pennies DO make a good weapen when wanting to throw somethin at an ugly civic. but waterguns are fun for that too.

Good call. I hadn't inspected the thing closely to enough to realize I could take off the cigarette stuff at the top. So far its working great.
