I have a 2002 es300 and I am getting white smoke from the tailpipe. It happens when I start it up in the morning and when I give it gas hard like accelerating on the highway. The car does not overheat and drives fine what could this be? I see there is a recall for "oil gelling' on this model. I just purchased the car 2days ago please help.

white smoke is normally coolant -- you may have a head gasket problem.
It is normal to get some water vapor coming out when you first start it on a cold day but if you are still getting it once it is warmed ..... then something else is up.
The only way to know is to pressure test the system and take a look at the coolant.
How many miles ...... normally happens on high mile cars

White smoke is typically from moisture. Considering the time of year then I would venture a guess it's condensation in the muffler. If it's running good then just keep an eye on the coolant level. If it doesn't change over the next few weeks or so then it's not an internal engine thing and likely just condensation. If you have to add coolant anytime in the next week or so then you likely have a head gasket that's seeping. Bears close watching until you know.

The car has 82000 miles on it. I have driven it since Monday and the coolant level is still at full I am just worried. Does anyone know a good extended warranty to get for this car!!!

At 82k you should not have a head problem unless the car had some overheating event or other coolant problem sometime in its life.
Whenever you purchase a used car it should be inspected --- so you know what is up.
Who did you purchase it from? Many states require a short duration warranty for the power-train if you are a licensed dealer

While driving, look around you at other Lexus / Toyota cars. If some of them also emit "white smoke" than its just normal water vapour. If yours is the only one, than you may need to look for the problem elsewhere.
Also if that "white smoke" dissipaters almost immediately than its normal water vapour. If it lingers around for a long time, than again, you may need to look for the problem elsewhere.
I'm betting its normal water vapour.
