I noticed that whenever I lock or unlock my car, the front passenger side flasher does not blink. Surprisingly, it works normally whenever I use the emergency button or my turn signal. I replaced the bulbs on both corners about a month ago, but I don't remember if it ever worked before.

Any ideas?
