I own a 92 Es300. My car started to idle & ride rough. I replaced the spark plugs assuming that would fix the problem. Well no.... I took it to a shop and was told that a code 28. They said that code wasnt for related to my oxygen sensor when indeed I researched and it is.
Can someone give me some insight?

Also, if it is the firewall o2 sensor, where is it and how do I fix it?
