Hello CL Family I have a 05 ES 330 and my wife hit a mail box and knocked off the passenger mirror. I was wondering if anyone can help me with another

I broke my wife's passenger mirror on her 99 ES 300...... Got a new one from my father in law's connection for like 225.00 or something like that(don't remember the exact as this happened five years ago)Thing was painted the same color and went to try to install it.....No go....Didn't have the right tools to get the old one off.......She took it to DCH Lexus of Oxnard......What a joke???They broke her wood paneling at the window switch when they took the door panel off...Then they tried to replace it with a different shade of wood grain and claimed the rest of her wood paneling was faded because of age......She insisted they fix it to match the rest of the car.....It was a sight to be seen.....Four different guys were telling my wife four different excuses on this wood panel....Finally, she got tired of fighting with all of them and asked for the general manager by name.....They all backed off......They claimed he wasn't around but they landed up ordering all new matching wood and installed the mirror for free......What a hassle........
