My passenger side mirror was knocked off by a deer last week. Luckily there was no other damage to any other part of the car (door, front quarter panel...etc sustained no damage)

I removed the busted up mirror and secured what remained to the mirror post mounted to the car. The next day the power dock locks stopped working, the passenger side window doesn't work, and the traction control light came on. There was no other damage to the car....just the mirror knocked off. Are the electrical problem related to me removed the damaged mirror?
