so i found the problem boooomm!!!..it was matter of looking carefully..because when i m driving i can hear the noise coming from engine but when u get down and listen to it carefully it was actually coming from back ..so the problem is heat shield @ the back end...right underneath the gas tank..the screws to hold them are rusted and therefore broke off and thats why it was making noise which was hitting against the exhaust pipe..
ok now the problem is found so for now i drilled a hole in the shield and make a note with the screws and with another rod above just so the shield doesnt hit anything else..
my question is that i will to change it but there is no need to go to a lexus shop right?? i mean they will charge high no doubt .. i can get this changed @ a muffler shop too ya??
and also does any one know how much is the part and labour approx? thanks!!

You can always rip it off... Or make it work with zip ties, the thick ones.

Just a head up i removed mine about 3 years ago and nothing has happened. If i rememebred rcorrectly the dealership saw it during an oil change, the tech removed it for free and said don't replace it, not worth it

I was right on the money.

p.s.: I know I said it was an exhaust leak, but it's close enough!
