Rubbing noise when turning

Have this noise (sh, sh, sh...) when turning at low speeds (in a parking lot for instance). It's more pronounced when turning right and it sounds like the wheel rubbing the fender apron (it is not). There's no play in the hub either. Had it jacked up and the wheel spun. No noticeable noise: Maybe it's because it only shows up when the bearing is under load? Any ideas?

did u check the power steering fluid levels or u might need to spray silicone in steering shaft right behind the break pedals
