Adding a tiptronic or otherwise known as e-shift from Lexus, into a 1999 es300. Any way to do so or any guides. I would love to know. Thank you.

plus...all the e-shift i've tried have been utterly disappointing.
my audi A3 has it, and since it's dual clutch, the response time is supposed to be one of the best among most production cars...and yet it feels really dead because i daily drive a manual ES.
the 2009 Nissan GTR i test drove had it and I didn't even like it so much....simply let the car do the shifting was faster
