I had my glass replaced a few months ago with the Lexus Dealers non Lexus glass rather than pay something like $800. Penske Rapid Repair or something like that used the Pilkington glass which they too described as of high quality non OEM glass. It is terrible and I find myself driving behind the truck that I usually avoid just hoping it will break. The tint is much lighter than the Lexus glass and the car is noticeably louder/noisier when driving at highway speeds. Good luck with yours.
