How much were your brand new mounts? Did you just order them from the dealer or an online dealer? I dound a website that sells OEM lexus parts at a fraction of what the dealer does. Bought an OEM outside door handle from them for 45% of what it costs from Lexus. Have to look up the site again, can't remember the name. I just won my fantasy football league and with that comes a nice $700 payout so I may be picking these up pretty soon.
Not oem, but as good as it gets. No-namers are around 60$/corner from eBay.
I wouldn't even bother with OEM Toyota - they wanted 330$/side for a hub bearing assy. when i needed them. **** that.

I had an unemployed Hyundai mechanic change my rear struts, paid him 100$ labor, and picked them up for 150$. I can't remember for sure, but I think they were Monroes from Autozone.
When you do them, make sure you don't damage the ABS sensors like my Hyundai mechanic did.
