es300 Coolant in Oil. How Much Time Left?

no white smoke just means the coolant isn't leaking into the cylinders
so the head gasket blew a passage between oil passage and coolant passage
how much time left? zero....get it towed and pop in a fresh motor.
it's probably cheaper to replace the motor as a whole.

As a last resort, I would try one of those chemical head gasket sealers. That's something I would not normaly recomended, but in this case, you don't have anything to lose except maybe $30-$40.
No idea which one but do a Google search and you will get some ideas, and if it does work, you will save several thousand dollars.
Maybe someone here with experience with such a product can chime in.

Have the engine checked by a pro, NOW. At 230K, probably better to change the engine out, rather than a head gasket and or head(s).
As PFB mentioned, there are products on the market that will seal a head gasket and at this stage, you don't have much to lose. BUT......................................use those products absolutely as a last resort as in getting rid of the car and that would be dishonest and unethical. Those chemicals do work, sometimes all too well and plug everything else along the way; radiators, heater cores, passages in the block and head, etc. I've seen people come into the shops after using these and they either worked all too well, or not at all or held for a very short time.
I suggest either fix the car properly if you really love the car and can afford to, or sell it as it as in needing the engine repaired or replaced.
Me? at 230K, I'd more than likely just sell or trade the car, as is letting the buyer know about the problem, and move on.
