TYTO-01 installed NO Sound....Please Help
I installed a JVC double din radio in my 2004 es330 with a TYTO-01 adapter.
It powers up but there's NO sound.

You have to join Blue/white cable that comes out of the Axxess Amp Interface and the 2 sets of RCA cables with the aftermarket radio antenna cable (Blue). The problem is that your car amp is not turning on when you turn on the car.

Sorry to come here late, I am new to the forum, still, I faced this problem myself as well and found no answer on the Internet.
While installing a Pioneer AVIC X920BT On my 2004 Lexus RX 330 (Non Mark Levinson system, No NAV / Rear view camera screen) using the Metra (Axxies) TYTO-01 I found myself with the unit powering up but no sound.
I will try to explain how I made the connection before going right to the point of what the problem was..
I followed all the instruction in the Metra Manual.
My RX 330 have the Lexus Radio recv model# 86120-48180, on this unit 4 cables are connected to the back, that includes:
x1 Power and Speaker Harness with 9 Pins
x1 Steering Wheel Control harness with 4 Pins
x1 Antenna Plug
x1 Extra Antenna Plug (Don't know what this Antenna is for, if anyone else does let me know)
That's for the lexus RX 330 connectors, now for the Aftermarket radio this are the cables so far:
Plugged to the Pioneer AVIC X920BT is the RCA Harness. This one have a 20 Pin connection including:
Mute
Front Output
Rear Output
Subwoofer
Mute lead
Video Input
The Power Harness, this one have several cables as following:
1. Four Sets of Speaker Outputs
2. 12V Power (Yellow) & Accessory wires (Red)
3. Ground (Black)
4. Parking Brake (green)
5. Speed Signal Input (Pink)
6. Antenna Control (Blue)
7. Illumination (Orange/White)
8. Reverse Gear Signal (Purple/White)
That's for the Aftermarket radio cables and the rx 330 factory cables, now to complete the setup I purchased the Metra TYTO-01 AMP Interface, this unit comes with a Factory Power and speakers 9 pin cable to Axxess amp unit interface adapter and a axxess amp unit interface to 4 RCA cables (Front and rear speaker set) and a blue/white wire that plugs into the radio to turn on the amp.
So I plugged the factory rx 330 speaker and power harness to the axxess amp unit interface and the 4 rca cables to the pioneer RCA harness (Front to front and rear to rear),
Then I took the blue/white wire that goes out of the axxess amp interface and joined it with the pioneer power cord Antenna Control cable (Blue)
This is what was missing, on my first attempt i Didnt make this connection, therefor the RX 330 amp wasnt turning on)
The rest is very easy, if you want to bypass the Avic, simply ground the 32nd pin of the RCA harness together with the power cord ground.
If you are using a SWI-PS PAC to keep the steering wheel controls, just take the pin 6 wire to ground, ,join pin 7 to the interfae white wire, connect one end of a 560 ohm resistor to pin 8 then connect the other end of the resistor to the interface white wire (This white wire is located in the second 4 pin harness that comes out of your lexus rx 330.
After doing all this I have my steering wheel controls working properly, crispy sound out of my oem speakers and a fully working AVIC-X920BT.
Hope it helps.
