Default Another question about rims...

Hi. I am sorry to bother everyone with another questions about rims, tires, ect. But I am generally concerned because its my car and my money haha.
I have a 97 es300. I am looking to put rims on it, but I have a few questions aond concerns.
These are the ones i've picked out :

Opinions on? Structure, ride, turning? Anything.
Also I am big into car audio. I will have two 50 lb 12 in subs, two batteries, and a 25lb amp in the trunk. Will my car scrape or drag in anyway? Any input on this would be awesome.
Thanks in advance from a Lexnoob, Dalton

Likely need spacers. Not a lot of room under that 97.
