hello everyone, I have 98 es300, 142000 miles and having problem with belt noise.
The noise is very loud and high pitch sound that I'm pretty sure it's from belt.
The sound comes on within 2-3min of cold start up but not everytime. it happens like one or two times a week. The high pitch sound stays about 30 second and goes away.
I replaced ac belt and drive belt and checked belt tensioner, but still coudn't fix it.
I was thinking maybe power steering pump pulley bearing got old causing belt noise by shaking belt position?
Any idea?
