If you drove your es300 too close to a curb stop - the under-front of the car will rub on the concrete block. Then when you back up - this plastic piece that rubbed can get ripped partially off. It's now hanging down to the ground with one side still in place and the other side dangling. It is only a few inches wide and runs the width of the car.
What is this piece? what is it called and what is its part number? I need to replace it.
Thanks

It's an engine cover. Part number 51441-06020, retail suggested price is $17.07. I hit something in the road once and it got ripped off, hanging by one side just like yours. I decided to remove it completely since it has very little purpose. Apparently it helps with aerodynamics and engine cooling, I don't know if I'm buying that.

Thanks - The part number you listed appears to be the same part as part number: 51441-33030
I took a closer look at the broken piece and did find this number stamped on it (hard to see black on black). From what I can tell - it's the same part as what you quoted.
Update: Here is the explanation from Toyota parts: 51441-33030 COVER, ENGINE UNDER
Replaced by: 51441-06020
