Need bearing bracket for center driveshaft 3VZ-FE
I have done an interesting engine swap installing an ES300 3VZ-FE engine into my ES250.
I am however struggling to find a very specific part - 1992-93 ES300 VZ3-FE 3.0 V6 has a bearing bracket on the rear side of the engine block that holds the outer bearing on the center driveshaft. I have not been able to find that part even on places like Rock Auto.
My problem is that my center driveshaft from the car is made for the 2.5L but unfortunately the mounting holes in the 3.0L block is a little bit different and my 3.0 engine is missing the bracket. I even have a 3.0L center driveshaft, but it has no bracket either. Anyone who can help so I can get the car running again?

Time to hit a salvage yard. But are the axles going to be the correct length? A really great project though, must have pictures! I would have thought there would be much greater challenges like ECU, wiring, exhaust, that kind of thing. Unless you are using the manifolds from the 2VZ, if that is even possible.

The salvage yards...around here there are only two and they are both of the kind I detest where there are smartly dressed young men lined up behind computer screens greeting you with a smile and an "oh, but I MUST have the VIN number to be able to do a parts search!" Why has it been outdated to have a gruff guy in an oily overall who points you towards the yard saying "yeah, we have a few out there"..?
Anyway, with the interest in the swap I will start a new thread for that and share my experiences there instead! When doing my own homework I never could find any info from someone who had actually done it.
