Hi All,
I am new to the forum, and a new Lexus owner. My cigarette lighter and clock stopped working at the same time. I am assuming this is a fuse, however, I can't find the fuse box after searching this forum and the car. It is said to be behind the coin holder, left of the steering column. First, is it likely the fuse, and second, where is the fuse box located?
I am visual, if anyone has photos, that would help immensely!
Thank you,
DJ

It's deffinitely the fuse...happens to mine often. Odds are you have been using the cig lighter for your phone or GPS and it shorted out while plugging/unplugging...pretty common these days. The little door to the left of the steering column comes out. Open it up but not all the way and pull up a little and you will feel it click, you can then just remove it and set it asside, you'll see the fuse panel behind it. You click it back in the same way, you'll see how it works when it's out, pretty simple. I would recommned you keep a handfull of the fuses in the glove box as it will likely happen again.
