ES300 Dash Scratch

ES300 Dash Scratch
I've spent a lot of time looking for this, and I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong section or if it has already been discussed. I am selling a 2002 Lexus ES300 it is in great condition except there are significant scratches just above the glove box but below the wood trim. I've had a few people look at the car and complain, so I want to touch it up or replace the piece if possible.
Any suggestions for a dye or something that would match the interior? Otherwise, is this piece replaceable without replacing the entire dash? I'm ok with spending a little money on it but not too much since I'm trying to sell. Thank you!!

There are many companies that can repainted it like new, at a very reasonable price. If you don't know any in your area, than ask your Lexus dealer (or any dealer) who they use, or ask your Insurance Company. Both are in a position to give you a good reference.
You can also look on YouTube to see how it's done, but unless you know what you're doing, you may make it worse.

How about just giving a discount to the buyer? If the car is otherwise in great shape people would go for it. Generally if somebody is buying a 10 year old used car, that type of person is most likely a DIY'er and is not afraid of minor issues like this in otherwise great shape car. Drop X00$ off the book price. Problem solved.
