Wuddup ClubLexus,
I have my first car, a sexy '97 ES. It is completely stock with 69K miles.
However, it is an automatic (yes, not good for speed, i know!) but I still want to be able to make my ride faster.
I don't have much of a budget right now, but I am going to save up for some sick mods.
So my question is this:
What performance parts should I save up for, and in which order should I go about upgrading my ride?

Alternatively, you can lighten your vehicle by removing "unwanted" components. Its free. It just need some of your time.

Another thing, should I save up for a supercharger, turbocharger, or twin-turbocharger? Which one is better for my ride, and which one is safest for the engine?

Do some reading and research. It will help a ton for knowing about all this. ![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Supercharger will be the cheapest, safest, and most reliable for you. Figure on about $2500 +/- for everything needed.
There is an OBX y-pipe and headers which are decent (thats what I am using).
Other then that, there isn't too much for the engine.
As for Tranny, IPT Transmissions has custom parts, but the best bang for the buck is likely the upgraded Valve Body. I plan to get it for my car eventually.
As for suspension, there is sway bars, strut bars, spring, coilovers, and even a front lower brace (Ultra Racing).
For brakes there is a bunch of upgrades. My rotors are 2" bigger diameter thent he stock ones my car had, lol. Makes for fun stopping. Rear brakes I put on 92-96 ES300 ones as they were 3/4" bigger.
