Unhappy having some trouble with vacuum hose... please shine some light

Was replacing the coil packs on my gfs 2000 es300 and when I got it all back together(intake to air box) it seemed there was a hose from the top of the throttle body missing. I had no extra hoses left over and I can't find another missing flange for it either. I've been looking all over and can't find a diagram/description for this piece anywhere. The best way I could describe this lone flange would be that its the top most flange on the throttle body and its bent at an L shape, also when starting the car it bogs out and dies unless my finger is held over it. Thank you in advance for your time and wisdom.

Also I'm trying to find a way to load an image from my phone to no avail.

A picture would help, so the closest I can figure what it could be by your description, would be the brake booster hose

Thnx Phil. The true problem reared its head. We were doing the coil packs because the car is shaking and won't accelerate past 35 without a whole lot of effort. That's the direction the autozone cel sensor pointed us in. I'll have to get another reading. Also the spark plug in cylinder 1 I think was caked with burnt oil. I looked briefly at the grommet and it looks just as functional as the other two on the front side. So I dunno, maybe I should post in a new thread but again I appreciate any feedback from you sirs and sirettes.

can't help without seeing a picture of what you are trying to say.

That hose we found. Forgot to mention that above. My bad. The rest of that post is where the question now lies.

I'm not sure if I'm speaking for most others, but I think by now were all confused as to what tthe problem still is, what you did, and what you're asking.

So maybe it's best if you start from scratch a new post.
