Hi, I have a 1999 ES 300 and have been having some weird electrical problems. Little background, I recently replaced the battery, and cleaned the idle control valve, due to an idling issue, maybe 1000 miles ago. Both the check engine light and trac control are lit up. Until a couple of days ago car was running just fine. Took it out and had the radio and a/c on and then the electric started "stuttering" for maybe a split second every electrical component and light would turn off and on, then the car would continue to run normally. The next day, I drove it for about 15 minutes, then completely turned off, engine didnt die immediately, but the power steering went out and the electrical compents shut off and on real quickly again, had to pull over and put it in park and start it back up. Then worked perfectly. The the same exact thing happened the next day. Although not certain about this "theory" but it seems to have only happen when i drive on bumpy roads. I havent had the opportunity to look around at the electrical system, and thought it would be better to get some insight here before I went taking everything apart. Thanks in advance for any help!
