fuse or lights blew?

Hey guys,I have a 2000 es300 and it seems like my daylights are not really running. Also when I but on my highbeams the driver side doesn't work and my driver side fog doesn't work. Is it a fuse? If so which one would it be?

Most likely it's the fuses they're under the hood on the right Bottom corner
Its a small black box
