Default 2004 es330 after market stereo

I plan on putting an after market stereo into my es330, but im not sure which one to get. Im just curious does it matter which brand i get or how many watts it has to offer, as most of them are 50wx4. My main concern is will it work right (assuming i installed everything correctly) and will it sound right. Or should I look for something with lower watts/higher watts. I have a Mark Levinson system with GPS and 6cd changer.
Looking for some answer before im committed to buying anything.

Much of those brands that state 50 x4 on their head units are peak power, not RMS power. RMS power is generally around 20 watts per channel. If you're looking for something that is good, stick with a good brand like Alpine, Kenwood, or Pioneer. Sony and Clarion make some nice items that are easy to use and well featured also.

Pioneer premier series is nice. it all depends on your budget. Either the higher end alpine or pioneer premier. the EQ's are great and easy to use, plus the sound quality is amazing.

I also plan on installing an aftermarket stereo with navigation. I have a 2004 ES330. Does anyone have any recommendations or pictures of some?
