Cheapest I found was from rockauto.com last year. I ordered gaskets with it but the ones that came were wrong and after looking through the book at Napa I saw there is a variety of gaskets that could fit, so you may want to wait on those and buy locally once you know what you'll need.

well Ive tried the cheap a$$ permatex fixes and was unsuccessful but the exhaust leak is mostly before and after the cat now that Ive been underneath it a few times with it running i don't think i can disassemble the after cat flange because there is nothing but rust where the bolts are/were. maybe i should buy a y-pipe with cat attached and hope i can drill holes on existing union to make my own bolts fit and put new gaskets... anyone know of any body on clublexus that deals these parts cheap/locally? Wisconsin rust is killing my exhaust...... i am also in need of both rear shock/strut assembly, rear driver side lateral link(hopefully just bushing to avoid dropping the tank to replace)(closest to fuel tank) and driver side rear hub. eBay is looking like my best bet any other places recommended for these parts?

Grind off the bolt heads on the flex pipe side, the heat from the angle grinder will probably loosen them where you can tap them out of the catalytic with a hammer. I did a quick check $115 is about the cheapest you'll find unless you get a sub standard quality part. I personally hate the aftermarket pipes though, the hangers are cheap and the diameter is too small, they also don't fit very well several times I've had to heat and bend the hangers so they align.
Genuine Lexus flex pipe 17410-20020 is $375 unfortunately.
