Default Timing belt kit quality?

What is the quality of some of the cheaper timing belt kits you see on ebay for ~100$ ? I am planning to change the timing belt, water pump, etc.. and want to get a decent kit at a decent price. Car still has original tbelt and at 224k that is a big no-no and I have started to get CEL's that indicate a bad OCV and possibly a slipping timing belt so it is time for the long overdue maintenance. Also I do not need the A/C belt or power steering belt as those have been replaced within the last 15k

Get the aisin kit from Rockauto. Few bucks more (not much) but you get the oem components that they make for the car.

Just add a hydraulic tensioner and cam seals to it
